Q: Do you do gift wrapping?

A: No, not yet. But it’s an idea. I’ll keep you posted.

Q: I live in New York City, and I want to save shipment cost, so can I come by your office and buy an item directly from you?

A: Well, anything is possible. Contact me first, and perhaps we can work something out.

Q: Where’s my package?

A: Well, if you choose First Class USPS shipping it usually takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive, and Priority USPS usually takes 2 to 3 business days. Please remember “Business Days” is Monday through Friday, and excludes the weekend, and holidays. Also, because of the volume of orders it may take me 1 to 2 days to process the order. Plus, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take a few days longer.

NOTE: USPS First Class Shipment to Canada may take 7 to 12 business days, and other countries may take 7 to 21 days, depending on what country the package is sent. And, once the package crosses the border, it is no longer in the hands of USPS.

The number one reason packages get delayed or lost is because the customer had put down the wrong address. Please double-check your information before submitting an order.

Also, please make sure the email that is given to me is an email address you check frequently (including your spam folder). This is just in case I need to contact you regarding your order. This may cause a delay if I have a problem with your order and I cannot reach you.

NOTE: Itsybitsyrobot will NOT be responsible for the delivery of orders when an incorrect shipping address is given by you. Also, Itsybitsyrobot will NOT provide a refund or re-ship an order under these circumstances.

Q: Can I return my purchase?

A: I do want you to be happy, so please contact me with any questions or concerns. My email is on the Contact page, or you may use itsybitsyrobot@yahoo.com, and my phone is 917-648-8721. Please call only Monday thru Friday, 11 am to 7 pm, est (email is best because I check my emails frequently. If you call and it’s before 7 PM, you may or may not reach me immediately. If you leave a message, I may not check my voice mail until the next business day).

Any returns must be approved ahead of time. Returns must be made within 10 days of the original order date. Sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable, including shipping to you and return shipping to me.

Returned items MUST be unopened, and in its original condition. Please package items carefully as it must be returned in saleable condition in order to qualify for a refund.

When the returned items are received by me, I’ll check that all is okay and then I’ll notify you.

Q: How about exchanges?

A: No, I don’t do exchanges, unless I made a mistake and mailed you the wrong item. In that case, contact me immediately of the mistake. If you wait longer than 10 days from the original order date to inform me of the mistake, I will not mail the corrected item. Also, the correct item you want in exchange may not be available, so check with me first.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If you’ve changed your mind after you have submitted an order and wish to cancel, you’ll need to contact me immediately (email is best because I check my emails frequently. If you call and it’s before 7 PM, you may or may not reach me immediately. If you leave a message, I may not check my voice-mail until the next business day). If you wait more than 12 to 24 hours it might be too late because I may have already processed and mailed your order. Once the order is mailed, I can’t call it back. If, by chance, you cancel your order after I’ve mailed the package, then I’d suggest you wait for the package to arrive, and without opening the package, or by putting it in a new package, please mail it back to me.

Sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable, including shipping to you and return shipping to me.

Q: Can I order an item that is “sold out”?

A: It would be better if you wait until I’ve re-stocked. I usually re-stock, and/or get new items, every 3 to 4 weeks, and sometimes sooner. Items that are “Special” or “Exclusive” may be one-time offers.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, I ship to these following countries only: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
